Welcome to the first full materials update of 2018, where we highlight some of the materials to have arrived at MGLW over the past month.
We have had a good number of blocks arriving throughout January and you can see some of them in more detail in recent editions of Stone Focus, our other regular blog feature. Here is our last post.
Some of the most beautiful stone surfaces to have arrived this past month include the Thunder White and the Viscount white, both granite surfaces, as well as the Guangxi White, a marble. All very different stones in appearance but all fantastic choices, sure to bring an elegance to your design that only natural stone can. Take a look below and let us know which you prefer.
In addition to these, we have had more Moonrock arrive at the warehouse this month, which is always a popular stone. I love this quartzite as it appears to have a real depth to the veining when viewed at a distance. You certainly see where it got it’s name. In a month when we experienced a so-called ‘super blue moon’ in the UK and a ‘super blue blood moon’ around the rest of the world, this seems somewhat more fitting.
Other stones to have arrived are the Colonial White, Filleto Light and Gohara Beige. A granite, a marble and a limestone respectively.
